'A Time For Change' Heritage Tour is a walking tour of African-American history sites in Atlantic City that is offered FREE for Black History Month thanks to a grant from the Stockton University Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Please note that while the entire route is wheelchair accessible, tourists will walk about two miles over two hours, so wear sneakers and bring water!
